Peer-on-Peer Abuse: Risk Assessment Model for Managing Harmful Behaviour in Schools Now Available
Almost 30,000 reports of children sexually assaulting other youngsters, including 2,625 alleged attacks on school premises, have been made to police forces in the last four years.
Ethica Solutions has developed a comprehensive risk assessment model for children who present a risk of harm with a large Academy group and this is now available to other schools and academies. All our risk assessments follow a process through which the best available information is identified, analysed, evaluated and communicated in order to inform decision-making and action about managing and reducing risk.
We are now taking bookings for CPD certified and SFJ Awards accredited face-to-face Safeguarding Training for Managers and Safeguarding Leads at educational establishments. Twilight sessions are available.
These interactive educational programmes are delivered by highly-experienced experts offering multi-agency disciplines. Ethica Solutions’ safeguarding team comprises former police officers, child services, social and healthcare workers, teachers and educationalists.
Training can also be organised at one of our training centres
(see scheduled dates below).
“It was valuable to have course delivered by someone
who has real safeguarding experience. Richard John’s
perspectives and experience added to the training.
[The course was] really informative. Beat expectations.
Great audience participation.”
