Ethica Solutions is founded upon strong ethical principles, which underpin all our activities. We support clients in some of the most sensitive and difficult situations.

Ethica provides specialised training, strategic planning, incident support and investigatory services in the critical area of Safeguarding.

We also provide investigations, gathering and presenting robust evidence on behalf of commercial organisations and private individuals.

We combine experience, discretion and professionalism with fastidious care in establishing facts, taking evidence and presenting this in a manner capable of supporting further action, be this management decision making, disciplinary, regulatory or, on occasion, criminal.

In our Safeguarding training, strategy, investigation and incident support work, we are truly multi-agency in our approach and resourcing, our team comprising of professionals with extensive experience from the perspectives of education, social work and local authorities, as well as in this specialised field of policing.

Established and under the direction of respected former senior police officers, Ethica operates to the highest standards of probity, discretion and ethics.

Ethica Solutions are pleased to be working in partnership with One Team Logic.

One Team Logic provides high quality software, advisory services and training for all aspects of safeguarding in education.

Launched in June 2014, the Cyber Essentials scheme is a cyber security standard against which organisations can be assessed and certified. It identifies the security controls in place within IT systems and mitigates the risk from Internet-based threats. CREST is the not-for-profit approved accreditation body engaged by CESG, the information security arm of GCHQ, to develop the assessment framework to support the Cyber Essentials scheme.  It focuses on five essential mitigation strategies:

  • Boundary Firewalls and Internet Gateways
  • Secure Configuration
  • Access Control
  • Malware Protection
  • Patch Management

To comply with guidelines, Ethica Solutions has undergone a detailed risk assessment to ensure it is protected against common cyber threats including data protection.  This assessment includes an intrusion detection scan.

Ethica Solutions are pleased to be working in partnership with RightCue. RightCue are a well established company operating in the cyber security and investigations domain as well as having a significant capability in forensic accountancy.

As trusted partners we work closely with RightCue to ensure that the latest and most professional capability is deployed on behalf of our clients during appropriate operations.

Professional Memberships and Associations

BASPCAN is a membership association for the child protection workforce in England, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

Originally known as ‘the British Association’, in more recent times when the Republic of Ireland joined, BASPCAN gained five nation participation.

BASPCAN aim to contribute to the prevention of emotional, physical and sexual abuse and neglect of children and young people by promoting high quality inspirational training, conference events and research on a national and international scale.  This is available to all professionals and agencies safeguarding and protecting children and young people.

Course Accreditations

Ethica Solutions are proud partners with CPDuk, our core courses are all CPD accredited, meaning you can earn points towards your CPD when you succesfully complete our accredited CPD courses.

Accredited CPD training means the learning activity has reached the required Continuing Professional Development standards and benchmarks. The learning value has been scrutinised to ensure integrity and quality.

SFJ Awards is an awarding organisation approved by the Qualification Regulators to provide qualifications in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

SFJ say they understand the specific challenges facing the Justice and Community Safety Sector, the Legal Sector, Local Government and the Military, enabling them to develop and deliver qualifications suited to your needs. SFJ work closely with approved centres to provide a customer-led service. SFJ staff have extensive knowledge of learning, development and qualifications.

We work on behalf of both organisations and private individuals, conducting discreet and robust investigation, evidence gathering and reporting to the highest evidential standard for use in a wide range of corporate, private, HR and criminal matters. Our services include re-investigation of existing cases where clients may be dissatisfied with police or other investigative agency responses.

Safeguarding Services

We provide Safeguarding training, risk management, investigation and incident support services for schools. We are the only provider of Safeguarding training for schools accredited by the UK government backed Skills for Justice / Skills for Health scheme, with all successful delegates being provided with certification demonstrating a high level of skill and knowledge in key safeguarding issues.
